How much does a custom awning or drop shade cost?
Pricing depends on the dimensions, fabric, frame or shade system, manual or electric operation, mounting conditions, and installation access. A small window awning and a large patio shade require different work. Request an estimate based on your space and review exactly what is included before deciding.
What is the difference between a stationary awning and a drop shade?
A stationary awning projects outward from a fixed frame to provide overhead coverage at a window, doorway, or outdoor area. A drop shade lowers vertically to help manage low-angle sunlight, glare, and privacy around an opening or covered patio. The direction of the sun and how you use the space help determine which is suitable.
Do you offer manual and electric drop shades?
Yes. We discuss both manual and electric drop shade options. Manual operation can suit an easily reached shade, while electric operation may be more convenient for frequent use or a larger opening. The system, controls, power needs, and mounting details are confirmed during project planning.
Can my existing awning fabric be replaced instead of replacing everything?
An existing frame may be a candidate for new fabric, but that depends on its condition, attachment points, shape, and compatibility. Send photos and describe tears, fading, sagging, or corrosion. An assessment is needed before confirming whether recovering, repair, or replacement is appropriate and what work we can provide.
